A refreshingly tart take on our popular Apricot Blonde, this beer strikes an elegant balance between sour and sweet. Its apricot flavor and bright effervescence are matched with the perfect amount of acidity created by the use of Lactobacillus Brevis in the brew kettle.

As we do with our Apricot Blonde flagship, we brew Sour Apricot with apricot puree. That use of real fruit is crucial in making this unique version of kettle sour beer. A carefully crafted degree of Lactobacillus tartness is also a key to this beer’s tart-meets-fruit gifts.
