THE BREW HUT CLASSES
We offer home brewing supplies and great classes right next door to our South Dock Brewery.
On October 17th, join us for an exclusive anniversary dinner and beer pairing with co-owners, Kevin DeLange and Michelle Reding as well as managing brewer, Alan Simon.
This socially distanced, seated, dinner includes a look into Dry Dock Brewing’s last 15-years and a peak into the future through a fine dining experience. Tour five iconic beers paired with an immaculate 5-course dinner served by the chefs of Brightmarten Restaurant and Bar.
Toasted Soft Pretzel – Served with mustard, cheese sauce, and herbs.
Beer Pairing: Pilsner – The ultimate showcase for noble hop character and to that end we tried to pack as much hop flavor in as we could without compromising old-world German brewing ethics and tradition.
Bronze medal winner, GABF 2015. Silver medal winner, World Beer Cup 2016.
Roast Beef Slider – Shaved roast beef topped with horseradish creme fraiche, roasted mushrooms, and arugula, served on a baguette.
Beer Pairing: Old Ale – Lightly carbonated, robust Old Ale features notes of dark fruit, pecans, and sherried raisins.
Bronze medal winner, World Beer Cup 2008.
Fall Salad – Fresh mixed greens, candied walnuts, roasted autumn squash, blue cheese topped with apple tarragon vinaigrette.
Beer Pairing: Sour Cranberry – An ode to the beginning of the holiday season, this misty ale invites sweet-tart flavors and a subtle bitter quality offered by the addition of cranberries. A crisp, clean finish and just enough tartness make this a new fall favorite.
Lamb Leg – Grilled and braised leg of lamb served with harissa, saffron rice, and braised fennel
Beer Pairing: Amber Ale – This deep copper ESB is the definition of balance. With each sip, rich malt opens up, revealing an earthy hop flavor and just enough bitterness to round it all out.
Gold medal winner, World Beer Cup 2006
Cheesecake Tarts – Roasted apple, whipped mascarpone, caramel drizzle, pretzel streusel
25•15 Imperial Stout – Reminiscent of chocolate ganache, this velvety-textured stout was brewed to commemorate two milestone anniversaries between Dry Dock Brewing Co. and The Brew Hut. 25•15 is a robust imperial stout with pronounced roasted nuttiness, big chocolate body, and undertones of light rye spice. Using Leopold Bros. Floor Malted Barley, 25•15 went through an extended boil to intensify its malty character and contribute to its toffee, cherry finish.
Reserve your seat now. $110 includes a complete and exquisite 5-course dining experience, tax, gratuity, a commemorative glass, a can of 25•15 Imperial Stout (not yet available to the public), and a 15th Anniversary Tour Guide Book.
