Dry Dock To Tap Pink Boots Society Gose on April Fool’s Day

This year the female employees at Dry Dock Brewing Co. got together with our friends from local homebrew clubs, Barrels & Bottles Brewery, BSG, and Wonderland Brewing to create our rendition of the Pink Boots Society Gose #BigBootsBrew recipe.

On International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day we brewed this beer with added hibiscus, rose hips, and pink Himalayan salt. This light, refreshing beer was kettle-soured with a Lactobacillus Brevis pitch from Denver’s Inland Island Yeast Laboratories, imparting slight tartness. Its floral additions give it a pale pink hue.

The Dry Dock Pink Boots Society Gose will tap on Friday, April 1 at South Dock at noon. Get a taste of this beer before it’s gone!
